Where you are
You know you're an expert. You spent many years developing your skills and using them to make other businesses successful. Your product is the result of intentional craftsmanship, applying the best of your knowledge to address problems you've faced, where your solution has potential to produce amazing outcomes.
Where it gets harder
The prospects you talked to may see the technical applicability of your solution but don't have an obvious reason to act. In fact, the incentives of their organization, their role or the broader market may introduce tremendous friction to them confidently moving forward, either as a champion or a direct buyer.
The truth is, a product can have many valuable capabilities without every possible buyer having an equally compelling reason to purchase.
You experience this as demos where you explain the technology, have interesting conversations, and notice the prospect's curiosity, but no momentum is built that results in a purchase.
Prospects see why your product could be interesting or useful, but they don’t have a clear reason to buy from you now.
The impact is a lack of an obvious path to repeatable sales (or in some cases, to any sales).
You find yourself in these situations because you selected a market without understanding why anyone you talk to has a reason to take ownership or to act now to purchase your solution.
You cannot build a business on casual or polite interest. But you also cannot build a business by giving up too soon.
You've built an incredible product. Let's build the sales process to match.
What it is
Janine evaluates three critical areas of your sales situation:
Who has a reason to act?
Identify the buyer and buying situation where the pain of the problem is louder than the friction and the resistance towards change.
How do you uncover real pain you can solve instead of polite interest on your sales calls?
Get a structured set of questions to uncover the consequences of inaction, understand the urgency and potential barriers to adoption, and learn how to shift perspectives based on the challenges you uncover during the call.
Move from explanations and demos to real conversations about what it would take for the prospective buyer’s organization to seriously consider a change.
What commitment would move the purchase forward?
Show up at your sales calls knowing what to ask for next. Instead of handing your contact homework, co-create the business case with them, and build your champion at a pace that fits the trust you’ve earned. Every step should move the buying process forward instead of ending with an ominous “let’s keep in touch” that never leads to revenue.
Immediate Sales Action also provides you with a preliminary sales process roadmap so you can move from closing the second meeting to closing the deal.
What makes a second meeting qualified?
We start with who to book first meetings with, because there's no qualified second meeting without a qualified first one.
Immediate Sales Action is about helping the right customers purchase your solution. You don’t need more people saying the product sounds useful. You need conversations with prospective buyers who:
Immediate Sales Action shows you which buyers to target (down to the contact filters you can use to build your list), why they would buy, and how to add sales momentum to your conversations with prospects.
You will understand the buyers you need to talk to, what influences their decision-making process, how to uncover their pain and what asks are appropriate that can move your deals forward to a concrete, meaningful next step.
What changes
Every first meeting that ends in polite interest cost you preparation, a demo and your time, and moved no one closer to buying. Immediate Sales Action works on that number: who you meet with, what you ask and what you ask for next. Every first meeting that becomes a qualified second meeting shows up in your pipeline and your revenue.
Before: “This is really interesting. Let’s keep in touch.”
After: “Let’s bring in our VP of Operations next week and work through the business case together.”
Your daily sales activity
Janine walks you through the recommendation and what it means for your daily sales activity so you can talk to the right customers, ask the right questions, make a clear ask of the people who want to buy and confidently move forward towards sales. Additionally, you'll receive insight on clear signals to understand whether your efforts are working or if it's time to try something else so you're not stressing or constantly prompting AI and overanalyzing when you need to be out selling and bringing in new revenue.
What you leave with
Plus a preliminary roadmap from the second meeting to a closed deal, and the signals that tell you whether to continue, adjust or change direction.
About Janine
From validating AI SaaS products through live customer discovery to bringing in high-profile supporters for early stage orgs, Janine has been in the trenches locating and creating momentum for early stage startups for 7+ years.
In 2025, Janine worked with Porsche and JB Hunt-backed startups. Janine produced high-quality leads in the ICP requested and guided the ICP through customer discovery feedback. For JB Hunt, Janine conducted a deep customer discovery study with live data collection and produced customer discovery insights in a real volume of market data to guide product direction and select the product to focus on (and the product to kill off) for a specific ICP.
Previously, on behalf of an EdTech startup, Janine secured high-profile (household names, extremely relevant and highly regarded) ideal clients as officially endorsing supporters for a US SBIR grant. Grant reviewers specifically recognized the quality of the supporters Janine sourced and secured.
Janine enjoys helping companies see their product in a different light, consider different angles on customer purchasing patterns and speak to ideal customers more clearly. While Janine incorporates cutting-edge, proprietary technology into her business, she manually reviews and selects from outputs by applying common sense, curiosity, intuition, and evidence.
"I value investing in myself as a brilliant, vibrant, creative, insightful human."

Who it's for
You have a credible product, service, or market opportunity. You've had a successful career, you know you have a sales problem, and you're ready to act on a clear plan.
Before investing heavily in outreach or getting in front of your most promising customers, you need:
You make decisions with judgement and accountability but you desire support from a sharp, experienced human with common sense and a capability to intuitively connect the dots based on research on customer personas and markets as well as real world sales experience.
How it works
Immediate Sales Action is delivered within 3 - 4 weeks of your Intensive Call. When you invest, the first step in our journey together is gathering and documenting a thorough understanding of your business.
Your part
Over the 3 - 4 weeks from your Intensive Call, your part is the questionnaire, the 60-minute Intensive Call, reviewing and approving your Sales Plan and Decision Framework before research begins, and the Debrief call. Your preliminary sales process roadmap is built from what you share with Janine and what the research shows, and we walk through it together on the Debrief call.
Intensive Call → Sales Plan and Decision Framework within 4 business days → your approval within 2 business days → research → Debrief call
Booking link and questionnaire
You book our intensive call during checkout, and the questionnaire arrives after checkout. Complete the questionnaire at least 2 business days before the call so we can use our time together to explore your market, your prior customer discovery outcomes and where you are experiencing challenges within your sales process.
The Intensive Call
In 60 minutes, we review your product or service, including a demo where relevant, and dive into your assumptions, sales experiences, capabilities, and commercial goals. By the end of the call, a focus area has been identified. The focus area includes the offers you're focused on selling and the types of business problems you solve with your offer.
Your Sales Plan and Decision Framework
Within 4 business days of the call, your Sales Plan puts the focus identified on our call in writing: the prospects to target first, the offer to put in front of them, and what a qualified second meeting looks like. The Decision Framework will provide specific indicators that allow you to evaluate whether your execution is effective. Additionally, the Decision Framework will outline what can and cannot be determined at this stage. Before research begins, you approve your Sales Plan and Decision Framework so that your final Immediate Sales Action is tailored towards your strongest current market opportunity. Approving within 2 business days keeps your Immediate Sales Action on its 3 - 4 week timeline.
Behavioral Modeling and Market Research
A qualified second meeting starts with choosing the right buyers for the first one. Janine builds detailed profiles of your likely buyers from your Intensive Call and targeted market, competitor and substitute research: their incentives, beliefs, decision-making process, behavior patterns and heuristics, the organizational context they buy in and where they sit on the adoption curve. Then Janine runs simulated discussions where those buyers react to your offer, raise objections and weigh it against their alternatives, so you can test how different buyers are likely to respond and show up to live calls more educated, confident and prepared for productive conversations.
What this reveals shapes your messaging at every stage: before the meeting, during it in the questions you ask, how you describe your offer and the commitments you ask for, in your follow-up, and through the second meeting and beyond. Janine reviews every output, and your final Immediate Sales Action marks which findings are backed by research and which still need to be confirmed on your sales calls.
Your Immediate Sales Action
You receive your final Immediate Sales Action, a tailored written recommendation built on your approved Sales Plan and Decision Framework, covering:
Why you can’t rely on AI alone
